Author, consultant, spa cheerleader and coach Patti Biro has over 25 years in the spa and wellness industry. From day spas to resorts, hotels to medical spas, hospitals, non-profits, and wellness centers have been the target of Patti’s endless energy and insight into creating memorable spa experiences. Innovative practices and forward movement are a hallmark of her presentations and coaching. Retail has been a key content area for Patti, and she frequently speaks on retail topics in the gift, spa and resort industry. As the owner of a retail pop up store, she is immersed in retail operations and marketing on a daily basis. She is the owner of Patti Biro and Associates – a boutique consulting firm located in Texas and serves as the Director of Education for the Spa Industry Association.
